WHO I AM
Hi! I'm Grace Hendricks. I'm an east Texas native who spent most of my growing up years with my family as a missionary in Eastern Europe. Since returning to the United States in my mid-teens, I married and was blessed with 8 pregnancies, 6 of which became viable pregnancies that blessed me with four girls and two boys. Five of whom were born naturally. After having several very different experiences through my pregnancies, and listening to the stories of close friends and family members, I felt called to assist women in pursuing the kind of intentional births that they will look back on with peace and positivity.

MAKING A BIRTH PLAN
After a free initial consultation we will schedule 1-2 birth plan visits to discuss your expectations for your birth. You will receive the Supporting Arms workbook which is a 27 page full color information booklet. I will also be available via text/phone/email for prenatal support.
LABOR SUPPORT
Starting at 38 weeks I will be on-call 24 hours until your birth. I will provide continuous physical and emotional support throughout your labor and birth. I am trained in physical comfort measures such as massage, assistance with breathing, relaxation techniques, labor positions, and movement.
POSTPARTUM
After the birth we can schedule a postpartum visit at your convenience where we can discuss the birth, breastfeeding, and postpartum support. I will also be available via phone/text/email.
